Research
Study of the macrostructure of lipid/protein complexes. Structural analysis using various spectroscopic techniques (vibrational, NMR, fluorescence, etc.). Relation between structure and function of these complexes. Characterization of the structural properties of lipid vesicles under stress. Study of the lipid/water interface. Trapping and release of material in lipid structures.
